Not positive, if cash or store credit, but looks like cash, Yamaha has been known, to use "Yamabucks" before.
waterbug Posted September 9, 2008 #3 Posted September 9, 2008 I blieve it said road star not royal star, but I am sure if you do alittle checking around and find a couple of dealers they will compete for your business. They took over 2500 off of mine when I bought my 08 rsv a few months ago and I have heard from other owners that they had dealers bidding so to speak on your business.

I saved thousands on my 2007 RSV that way...... The cash back is on the V Star bike, NOT the Royal Star Venture. Eligible Models: All new 2008 and prior year models listed: • Roadliner models - $750 • Stratoliner models - $750 • Road Star models - $500 (all models including Warrior) • V Star 1300/Tourer - $500 • V Star 1100 models - $300 also note it is for left over 2008 and older new stock bikes.
Condor Posted September 9, 2008 #7 Posted September 9, 2008 Buy a leftover '08 and save a bundle... I ran into an '08 BlkCherry/Ravin on the floor at the dealer in Twin Falls ID about a month ago. He may still have it. Lot better colors than what's offered on the '09.
