Is he blind? yeah, Wizzard , be was born blind, in the same part of the country as Chet Atkins, and about the same time.they didn't have t.v.s or radios, so they learned to entertain themselves THE HARD WAY! That style of flatpicking is pretty under-appreciated in the mainstream. for some other outstanding guitar work, check out Dan Crary, The Hellecasters, Johnny Hiland.
