papa smurf Posted August 30, 2008 #1 Posted August 30, 2008 We all know that riding can dry out your eyes. For those of you that deal with this discomfort, I give you the following Youtube experience. papa smurf Posted September 1, 2008 Author #3 Posted September 1, 2008 You're welcome. For what it's worth, the traveling liberty bell will be on display at the 4th Annual AT&T Motorcycle Run for the Troops. (http://www.motorcycle-run-for-the-troops.org). It's a fund raiser for some non profit military family support organizations. It gets bigger and better each year. Riders will be leaving from six different starting points around Texas and meeting in Nolanville, Texas (near Ft. Hood). We expect close to 200 bikes to be leaving the Mansfield start point. It's hard to guesstimate the number that will converge in Nolanville. At approximately 11am, we will arrive at Kay's Motorcycle Mania in Nolanville and park in reserved parking. The Nolanville Fire department will have the street in front of the venue blocked off and there will be the smell of barbeque brisket rolling through the air, compliments of the CenTex chapter of the Patriot Guard Riders and the Temple Texas Elks Lodge. At the event, there will be door prizes and auctions, including Motorcycle gear, leather goods, jewelry, gift cards, do-rags, T-shirts, etc. There will be two live bands, guest speakers, a Color Guard from nearby Ft. Hood, and lots of opportunities to shake the hands of some of America's Finest that will be attending the event as our guests. Last year we raised well over 10K dollars for this fine cause. Come be a part of something big. You'll never forget it. Ride safe.
