JimRoberts Posted August 29, 2008 Author #3 Posted August 29, 2008 I'll be there representing Ventureriders. Maybe the old bike can pull out another award. If nothing else with all the butterbeans there should be plenty of free gas!!!
mini-muffin Posted August 29, 2008 #4 Posted August 29, 2008 With that extra gas around you might want to get some jars to fill up. :rotf::rotf: Margaret
GigaWhiskey Posted August 29, 2008 #5 Posted August 29, 2008 I can't find the dry butterbeans anywhere out here. Been looking for a few years. all I find are lima bean type things. Butterbeans sure taste good with ham. With regards to gas, I have reverted back to the store bought in a can Ranch Style Beans. Kids like em too. They like gassing each other out.
JimRoberts Posted August 30, 2008 Author #6 Posted August 30, 2008 Well the old girl still has it in her. Won first place in the Touring Class. Actually had one judge tell me he didn't know Yamaha started making the VR's again. When told it was an 86 he couldn't believe it. Anyway we're 2 for 2 in bike shows.
