2WHEELSFORME Posted August 26, 2008 #1 Posted August 26, 2008 Blacked out the fender tips, rear floorboards, rear crashbars, bag hinges, whindshield trim, trunk lock trim, and a few more pieces because I thought it had too much chrome. OK so then I wanted to put this pic as my sig but it is too large. So take a look and then tell me how to reduce it or just reduce it for me if you are a moderater and have the power.
SilvrT Posted August 26, 2008 #2 Posted August 26, 2008 is this any smaller? Open in Microsoft Photo editor (or some other similar program) and resize it.
Redneck Posted August 26, 2008 #3 Posted August 26, 2008 You are a very sick man you should seek professional help immediately for that disorder.
cecdoo Posted August 26, 2008 #4 Posted August 26, 2008 I thought you could never have too much, money, sex or CHROME:big-grin-emoticon: , but the bike looks pretty cool blacked out:thumbsup2: Craig
2WHEELSFORME Posted August 27, 2008 Author #5 Posted August 27, 2008 Thanks Craig. And Silvr for the pic. I put this one in my sig and now I can't seem to be able to change it or even remove it. So it is not that I need a small picture but I need this one in my sig to be smaller or removed. Or I'll just have this reallly big sig picture and that is OK too if the Powers don't mind. I wish the power coated fender tips had shown up better. Already done the chrome thing with a Volusia and a VTX 1800. This Midnight came with so much stock chrome I decided to go the other way.
Guest Vermincelli Posted August 27, 2008 #6 Posted August 27, 2008 Woot!!! another "too much chrome, go black" Venturer! Thought I was the only one. Welcome to the dark side.
bossman Posted August 27, 2008 #7 Posted August 27, 2008 I did not think there was such a thing as too much chrome....
juggler Posted August 27, 2008 #8 Posted August 27, 2008 All you need to do now is black powder coat the exhaust and other remaining chrome and you have your self a two wheel moonshine runner.
SilvrT Posted August 27, 2008 #9 Posted August 27, 2008 Thanks Craig. And Silvr for the pic. I put this one in my sig and now I can't seem to be able to change it or even remove it. Go into UserCP (on the left navigation pane) Choose Edit Signature (again...on the left navigation pane) Check the box for Delete Current Image (you need to scroll down some to see this) Click Save Signature Hope that helps (and works) Then re-do the process and upload a smaller pic

Yea, that is way to big for a sig picture. I thought I had limits in place so that wouldn't be possible but I must have lost them in an upgrade. I'll have to reset them.

yamahamer Posted August 27, 2008 #12 Posted August 27, 2008 Now you can loose those chrome rotor covers and show of those saw blade rotors.
Bummer Posted August 27, 2008 #13 Posted August 27, 2008 Sig pics were supposed to be a max of 100px tall. Here's one that should fit the prior official standard.
rsstar Posted August 27, 2008 #14 Posted August 27, 2008 Blacked out forks would also look different. Looks good, good job !!
KiteSquid Posted August 27, 2008 #15 Posted August 27, 2008 its a good start!!!!!! Now black out everything!!!!!! I like it!!!
