Front fork lights

I purchased a 05 rsv back in April.There are lights on the front forks instead of reflectors.They are approximatily 1x3,one of them has quit working.Does anyone have

any idea where they may of been purchased?They are

LED.

Are those Show Chrome parts still reflectors???? I want the reflectors to still work when the bike is not running, e.g. when it is parked...

I don't know how reflective they are by themselves. I knew about them because someone else used them for that purpose and I remembered where they came from. I was tempted, but I left mine reflectors. I might not mind adding some lights but I don't really want to lose the passive reflection aspect.
