Guest daveor Posted August 17, 2008 #1 Posted August 17, 2008 Not sure this is the right forum, but a friend of mine has a 87 Royal and wants to put fork boots on it, A number of years back, in the late 80s early 90s someone came up with the idea to put Rancho Shock boots on,, they worked great, BUT I have no idea what the number for them was, Anybody else remember that and do you know the number of them, Thanks,, DAve p.s. I no longer ride, but put a lot of miles on a 83 and 87 venture, some of the first rallies in Steamboat Springs and Kalispell, MT. with VTS
Freebird Posted August 17, 2008 #2 Posted August 17, 2008 We have a member here, Lowell, who used some boots off a Snapper lawn mower. I think they are drive shaft boots or something and they look like they were made for the Venture.
