Keeping Me Busy

Here is what has been occupying my time lately. New pool and now I've been working on the deck. This is better than a diet. I've lost 10lbs since Thursday!

 

Thank goodness for my friend AJ:biker: and my blessed wife:2132:. AJ came and helped Sat. & Sun and my wife helps all the time. She is quite the woman. I've never had her shy away from helping with anything.

 

One question though.........How'd I get so dang lucky!!

 

I've taken the rest of the week off to finish the railing and the lattice around the bottom and then maybe I can relax and ride again.

Nice job Jay. And you are a lucky man. My pool and deck (yes we do have them in the great white north) has been in since 1992 and now no one is using it so I'm thinking of tearing it out. I think that will be just about as much work as building it.

Thanks Gary. I bet it will be as much work. If the Govt. would let me out of the US:whistling: I would come up and help next summer.

Working on the wife to let me have a M & E sometime. After this add on, I'll have almost a 1000 sq ft of deck, so I'd say I have the room

I'd really like too but I have standing plans for that weekend. For the last 30 years or so I've been going to an automotive swap meet in Barrie Ontario the weekend after labour day and I always book my camping spot a year in advance.

Nice pool, just about time to put it away for winter, or at least up here I am sure a few are thinking about it. Just have to go outside to get WET these days.

jay looks good. you better get in and start enjoying that pool, Its only about 3 months away and you are going get cooled in it. LOL hay Teri said see would wave as see goes by she is headed up home next week for a visit.
