parade flag holders

Anyone know of a parade flag holder that will fit on a 2nd gen. without a trailer hitch?

I have seen people use Stainless Steel Rod holders mounted to the chrome saddle bag side rails. though I have not tried that. the rod holders can be picked up at any sporting goods store.
