Squidley Posted August 10, 2008 Share #4 Posted August 10, 2008 Nice pics, I see they had the USCG keeping an eye on that roudy bunch !!! Actually it was way more ominous than that, there was a bomb threat on the Blue Water Bridge. That Helo was scouring the area as the Sheriff dept had divers in the water looking for explosives. It was like a scene out of CSI, we could really be screwed if someone did in fact take one or both of the bridges out. You can't imagine the traffic that uses that bridge every day

Leadwolf56 Posted August 11, 2008 Share #12 Posted August 11, 2008 Good evening, just got back from a ride with 93 Venture after getting home from Marine City. Just to set the record straight, yes, we now have an '06 Black Cherry. We bought it from Denden and Vicki on Saturday. Actually we confirmed the deal last Monday but kept it quiet so we could surprise Brad by riding it in to his M&E. This is the second bike I've bought from a Venturerider, the 90 was the first. Both are excellent bikes. Sue and I have been thinking on this for sometime and thought this was the right deal and right time for us. The 90 will be going up for sale soon. I hope to sell it to someone who will take good care of it and RIDE it.
Carbon_One Posted August 11, 2008 Share #13 Posted August 11, 2008 Kevin you got yourself one fine ride there. That bike is as good as new. And whoever is to buy that 90 is getting a fine machine as well. Would have loved to seen Brad's face when you and Sue pulled into Squids driveway. Pics would of been priceless.
