Condor Posted August 9, 2008 Share #3 Posted August 9, 2008 I just gave my extra one away.... All kidding aside there's got to be a company out there somewhere that makes the dang things. After 25 years there's quite a few that have disappeared.....

Saddle_Bag Posted August 10, 2008 Share #7 Posted August 10, 2008 When mine tore, I took an old coleman flashlight and took the rubber cover off of the on and off button and bonded it over the the hole. Works great and as long as coleman is aroundI 'll have a replacement. keeps the water out of the dash. joe
Snaggletooth Posted August 10, 2008 Share #8 Posted August 10, 2008 Great. Just great! First I'm missing the reset buttom cover and now I can't find a Coleman flashlight anywhere. There were 35 Yamahas parked in front of Wally World yesterday and the sporting goods and camping sections were packed solid. See what ya started Saddle_Bag. These guys.........give them an inch and they will glue it to their bikes! Good idea though Bags. Mike
GigaWhiskey Posted August 10, 2008 Author Share #9 Posted August 10, 2008 Wonder if the Coleman cover works and we can find the part number for it, we might just have an alternative resolution here.
DonB Posted August 10, 2008 Share #10 Posted August 10, 2008 Just cut to top off of an eyedropper which any drugstore carries and silicone to the dash. Works for me. db
