Longer toe shifter for RSV?

Does anybody know of a longer shifter for the RSV? One that's about 2" longer in the toe part and the same length in the heel part would be perfect. I'd even give up the heel portion to have the toe part about 2" longer.

I have not seen one, but if you find one, please post here!!!!

 

I wear size 13 shoes and would like more foot room.

 

While we are at it, how about moving the rear brake pedal forward the same distance?????

I noticed in another thread someone posted a link to an OEM toe/toe shifter for the RSV's. Even tho- there's a 13" spread between the pegs on an RSV, it still looks like it'd be a squeeze. Wish I had small size 13's....
