Mariner Fan Posted August 5, 2008 #2 Posted August 5, 2008 That's cool as heck! Looks like his mama taught him good table manners.
pegscraper Posted August 5, 2008 #3 Posted August 5, 2008 (edited) Wow, who took those? Someone must have had a super duper telephoto lens. He's sitting there wondering why there is nothing to eat. "When people sit here, I see them eating food." Edited August 5, 2008 by pegscraper
pegscraper Posted August 5, 2008 #4 Posted August 5, 2008 How do you tell the difference between a black bear and a brown bear? A black bear will tear you apart before eating you, while a brown bear will eat you whole. Then you'll know.
Bummer Posted August 5, 2008 #5 Posted August 5, 2008 They tell me that Grizzley Bears' breath smells like pepper spray. I told that to one guy out west. He just stared at me and told me he didn't want to get that close. Some folks have no sense of humor at all. I'll bet if he got run over he'd actually cry or something.
BradT Posted August 6, 2008 #6 Posted August 6, 2008 Here are a few more Bear pics. Located Fort McMurray the oil field workers. Brad
pegscraper Posted August 6, 2008 #8 Posted August 6, 2008 Monkey see, monkey do. I see people climbing a ladder, I can too. I wonder how much longer that one got away with chewing on an electric plug.
mother Posted August 7, 2008 #9 Posted August 7, 2008 i almost nailed a big black bear on the way down the Blue Ridge Parkway yesterday. we were coming around a corner and he was running right across in front of me. i slammed on the brakes and so did Bongobob who was riding behind me as the beast ran across. my heart was pounding. also seen a doe off to the side further down the road. i did get a possum, he was not fast enough to beat the wrath of a first gen. cheers, Scott
Yama Mama Posted August 7, 2008 #10 Posted August 7, 2008 Very interesting photos Jopie. I enjoyed seeing all of them. Glad you stopped in time Mother. Mama:thumbsup2:
Tartan Terror Posted August 7, 2008 #11 Posted August 7, 2008 Actually there was a Member on here that did hit a Bear with a RSTD. Not quite sure of the name but I think it was Norman or something like that.
