Rack for recessed trailer hitch?

I have found a recessed trailer hitch for my '08 RSTD. (About $160.) I have seen some of you with a rack that attaches to the trailer hitch to hold coolers or small luggage. Where did you get these or did you make them yourself. I'm looking for something to use on my out of state rides. Thanks!

I've built a couple of them for my bike already. I used 3/4" angle for one and 1" for the other. Made the 1" model first (12" x 18") and decided I wanted a bigger one to better fit my luggage bag. That one measures out at 12" x 24". Then used expanded metal for the base, drilled 3/8" holes along the sides for the bungie cords.
