I thought I would share these photos of a very nice Cushman scooter we saw in Sunman, Indiana. Maybe it may make a comeback.

My Dad's neighbor had a 1958 Cushman scooter that he let me drive as a kid. I'd love to find a basket case of one to play around with!

I have this thing in my garage, hadn't riden it for 3 or 4 years. Lot of fun but long trips just is not in its future.

1965 650 Lightning.

About time you posted a picture of that thing. I love those old BSAs. Sure would love to have one to play with. Someday maybe.

It's not a very good picture, it was parked between the Venture and my wife's car. That dang car is always in the way.

It was parked in the other garage and packed in so tight it would have been a picture puzzle just to find it.

thanks for the memory. My first bike was a Cushman (in 1962) followed by a Cruisaire (Italian looking creature sold by Sears at the time). Haven't thought about that ol Cushman in years!

My Dad bought my brother and I a Cushman Eagle in 1958, it was the 5 hp, same as the one in the picture. They also made a Super Eagle which was an 8 hp.
