Luckily I got in first, and he said I could have it, so I was there, crack of dawn, cash in hand. He's had so many offers that he lost count. Some offering double if he'd go back on my our deal, even after I paid in full! But he's an honest guy so it's all mine. Can't wait to get it registed & hook it up this weekend!
