hopnel tank panel

thinking about hopnel tuxedo panel, question?

how do you remove rubber tank panel ,

do you remove the 2 bolts on either side of gas fill ?

what holds the panel on at the bottom ?

 

any input would be appreciated .

Mike,

You dont have to pull the tank, take off the 2 allen head bolts that hold the plastic cover off over the gascap and then pull the seat off ant there are 2 phillips screw that hold it on the bottom. Pull the old one off and remove any of the 2 way sticky tape and install the new on reverse of all that....no sweat, easy job
