Diamond R Passenger Highway Pegs

Hi all:

 

Is there anyone with the Diamond R Passenger Highway Pegs installed on their Second Gen Venture within 100 Miles of Virginia Beach?

 

Honey would like to try them (maybe a short ride) prior to purchasing a set.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I am not close enough for you to try a short ride, but I will tell you that after much deliberation I finally went and bought set for the wife. She loves them, she has back and neck problems and had been riding less and less with me because she needed to be able to shift her legs around to get comfortble. The passenger pegs did the trick, she is still not riding as much as she used to do, but more than before I put the pegs on for her.

Well after putting it off for quite a while I also just ordered them.

Buy them!!! she WILL LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife would never go with out them, well worth the money, shhhh less nagging about the legs hurting......lol

Put them on the '07 this year. Wife has circulation issues and the are working out great. Only regret not buying as first option.

I just got a set this week.

I tried putting them on, but they seemed a little loose. I called them and asked about this and they said it is normal & won't feel loose when in use. He also said that a piece of rubber would make them feel more solid.

What do you use or do you just leave them loose?

Well, glad to know they still exist, because we were just looking at Freebirds and not sure if they ae still available! I was afraid I was going to have to McGuiver a set...

Great company and a super product but my wife does not like them as well as the floor boards. Our longest ride has only been a couple hundred miles since the install so I thaink she will have to get use to them.
