Have any of you ever used http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com ? We have an opportunity to add them as a supplier where our members would receive discounts. I would also have to provide a link back to them. I'm always looking for opportunities for our members but only if the company has a good reputation for service and prices.

I have used them about 2 months ago. Item was received in a timely manner, email confirmation and UPS tracking number provided. I bought my wife's riding jacket from them. Competitively priced. Had no issues with them at all. Would use again.

I tried to buy a couple of helmets from them a few years back. Never shipped, I called after a week or so and was told they were backordered with no fill date. I picked another set of helmets with the same results. From the first order to finally getting my money back was a little over a month. Not to mention a lot of hassle and phone calls. Needless to say I don't deal with them any longer.

 

Who knows, maybe I just caught them at a bad time.

Until recently, it's been about 2 years since purchasing from them. A few accessories and apparel items came through just fine: good email communication confirming the order and providing tracking info.

 

I just used them again at the end of June... needed a new cover in time to take on the road for a 10-day ride. They had the best price I could find, by almost 25%.

 

I called to place the order and asked if they would ship it overnight using my UPS account number (therefore, saving me $$, as I get a discounted rate from UPS, and getting it here quickly). They didn't even bat an eye -- took down my UPS account number, charged my credit card for the sale price and I had the cover the very next day.

I've used them quite a bit on a variety of things. Prices were good and on the occasion I had to return or swap an item, they never skipped a beat. No drama, fast response. :thumbsup2:They got my vote.

I have used them a few times when the price has been right. Always delivered what I ordered, usually quickly. The only time they irritated me is when they seemed to put my tires on a truck and the driver must have stopped for two weeks of nooky coming over the Rockies! Couldn't believe how long it took, but in all fairness, that complaint is really against Fed Ex Tortoise instead of them.

It's funny you should mention it... I was just on their site today researching a Radial Front tire and Google Shopping had them listed as the lowest price... Well someone else was a little lower but charged $80.00 to ship 1 tire.

I try to log on daily just to see how everyone is doing and from time to time to receive help with a problem I am having. I often wish keeping up with my other "family" members was as easy and fullfilling as the time I spend on the VR.Org. website. Both Jean and myself sit in front of our computer and we laugh, and cry with each and every post we read here. We say prayers for people we have never met, We give thanks to people for the smallest bit of kindness and this site has enriched our lives in much the same way that riding motorcycles has.
