Windshield trim?

Hello everyone,

I removed the plastic chrome trim right below the windshield. The rubber trim pieces on the top and bottom of the trim were barely attached. What should I use to glue the rubber back to the trim piece? I was thinking clear silicone? Any suggestions?

Sounds like a plan to me. Least ways with using clear silicone it should stay put and not see it.

I have used Black RTV on mine and just put it on the back side of the chrome piece. This way it doesn't bleed through to the front, I secure it with electrical tape on the front and rear and when it's dry I peel the front tape off and leave the rear.
