Best Buy lists the zumo 500 for $899 on their web site but many of the stores are clearing them out for $539 as an in store special only. If you go to the website, look up the 550 then use the link to do a search for a local store with one in stock you may get lucky.. The web site continues to show $899 but if you have a local store with one in stock, call them, they may be doing the in store special.

 

There were none in stock anywhere near me in North Florida but another store by a friend had one, he picked it up for me and is shipping it to me. I also noticed two stores in Orlando show them in stock.

Thank you for the heads-up. Just picked one up for a friend of mine - like you said $539 althouh one store wanted 200 more .

I have a Zumo 550 and love it. You can get them much cheaper over the internet than buying them at a store, even when they have a sale. I bought mine at www.lowpricedigital.com for $469.00. This is not a joke it was really that cheap. Check it out if you get a chance.

I just got one as well. I can't believe I waited so long to get one! Man, they are nice.
