stereo on a RSTD

Has anyone installed a stereo. on a rstd. If so what type of speakers and where did they mount them. I would like to use my ipod for some tunes on the bike. I've seen some made by barrons. they just look a little big for my tastes. looking for something that looks good on the handle bars. thanks marty

I just got a set of speakers in from cycle sounds. They are small speakers in chrome bullet housings. Google cycle sound and check them out. I will be installing Saturday. Will be using a iPod nano. Will let you know how they sound when I get them on. I bought them from crutchfield, free shipping and got here fast.

Here are some pics of the speakers I installed on my RSTD. They worked better than I expected. Of course the larger speakers I had on my V-Star sounded better, but they would take up way to much space on this bike. Amp is mounted behing headlight.
