Anyone have a spare doo-hickey laying around?

I just wont say whose size 10 boot knocked it off but judging from the location you can guess who did it. Yes, the lovely Mrs Ruff knocked off the PTT button on the left trunk armrest. So, if anyone here has a spare button just taking up space on your work bench or jewelery box, I need one.

Some local music stores carry small knobs that fit (for guitars), and some even come in CHROME....not a bad price either..

make that two some how some way mine got knock off but the one i need is the bottom button the push to talk one. any help on that one?

I figured we should have kept the one off the 99' when they totaled it out, since so many people loose theirs:confused24: then we could just about charge what we want for it:banana: Sorry I was in no shape to think of it sooner!

I have seen a way to make a replacement button out of a screw and the plastic screw covers you can buy. I can't find the article right now, but someone will be along I am sure. They say it's an easy fix. I have seen the plastic screw covers in black and chrome, so you'd have a choice. You can find the screw covers a lot of places and figuring out what size screw you need should be pretty straight forward.
