Trying to find accessories, not sure if they make it!

I just bought my RSTD last wednesday and I really enjoy it. Had an 1100 Vstar for 9 years had to upgrade. Anyway was wondering if anyone knows if they make a chrome cover for the black plastic section around the lock on the saddlebags. Also if any of you know someone that has an 1100 Vstar Custom, I removed all my accessories before trading in and am looking to sale. It was a '99 model.

Don't think there is anything for the lock, seen some fillers for the hinges though. I would suggest ebay for your sale items.

nope never seen any !!!!! Take em apart and chrome them !!!

Will those parts fit a 03 vstar classic, my wife and a guy at work both have classics.

Some parts will and some wont fit the classic. Dont ask what is what though. My wife has a custom and there are some differances.

 

I should point her to this thread and see if there is anything she is interested in. She wont admit it much...but she likes safety chrome too.

 

Oh, and if the classic parts fit your bike...go for it...dont wait for us to buy em....I wasnt saying about the differances to scare you away so we could buy em up!

I would have to research what will fit the classic model. I have the yamaha tall sissy bar with the studded silverado wide pad. Yamaha Corbin driver and passenger studded seats. Solo rear fender luggage rack. A pair of MC Enterprise and Kuryakyn highway pegs for 1" crash bars. Kuryakyn chrome contorl covers, clutch perch cover and master cyclinder cover. I also have a set of the Silverado studded bags for a classic. They are not shown to fit a custom but we make a bracket to make them fit on a custom. If you know anyone who wants to put the silverado bags on a custom get with me and we will work on making them a bracket up. Also I have a set of Cobra Slash Cut Slip-On Exhaust and cobra passenger floorboards. I have a compact air horn with bracket to attach to crash bar bolts for sale as well. I think that is it, but if anyone is interested let me know.
