Trainwreck68 Posted June 19, 2008 #5 Posted June 19, 2008 Bought just the Harley muffler adapter kit off of ebay. Then you can use ANY slip on Harley mufflers that fit the Roda King or Electra Glide. I bought and installed Vance & Hines mufflers. They sound great!
roadwarrior Posted June 20, 2008 #6 Posted June 20, 2008 Bub slip ons ....no rejetting. It is a matter of taste and how loud you want to go.
Mavrick Posted June 22, 2008 #8 Posted June 22, 2008 I have had the Harley Road King slip ons and I now have Bub's. The Bub's are a little deeper with a little more character. No re-jetting required. Mavrick

Tatonka Posted June 28, 2008 #14 Posted June 28, 2008 Hey Maineac, Those look great! How are they on sound? I'm looking for something a little quieter than my slash cuts.
MAINEAC Posted June 29, 2008 #15 Posted June 29, 2008 They're pretty loud when you get on it... Not too loud riding normal.
hipshot Posted June 29, 2008 #16 Posted June 29, 2008 Hey Maineac, Those look great! How are they on sound? I'm looking for something a little quieter than my slash cuts. hey , Ron. keep your original exhaust on, and change your rear tire to a B.F.Goodrich "MUD GRIP". sound will be about the same, and you will get a million safe miles out of it! lol:stickpoke::2143: just jt
