exhaust options

Just picked my 2007 RSTD and love it. IT's to dam quite. Need some input on which slip on's to use? Also will I have to have the carb's rejeted. Thanks Marty

Bought just the Harley muffler adapter kit off of ebay. Then you can use ANY slip on Harley mufflers that fit the Roda King or Electra Glide. I bought and installed Vance & Hines mufflers. They sound great!

Bub slip ons ....no rejetting.It is a matter of taste and how loud you want to go.

Samson slash cuts sound really good.

I have had the Harley Road King slip ons and I now have Bub's. The Bub's are a little deeper with a little more character. No re-jetting required.

bub slip ons. came on bike bought it used 3 years ago. great sound, no rejet as i know of.

keep your original exhaust on, and change your rear tire to a B.F.Goodrich "MUD GRIP".

sound will be about the same, and you will get a million safe miles out of it!
