tex_waco_usmc Posted March 26 #1 Posted March 26 Replaced exhaust pipe gaskets today and after finishing them I kept feeling exhaust blowing on my hand in front of the front 2 cylinders. (This is the reason i replaced the pipe gaskets.) I found a hole in the hose in the picture I circled. I have no idea what hose this is to order another one. It appears to be a rubber/composite hose. Anyone tell me what this part is called so I can order me a new one?
tex_waco_usmc Posted March 26 Author #2 Posted March 26 This is looking from the right in between the block and the radiator!
tex_waco_usmc Posted March 27 Author #3 Posted March 27 For the record it’s part of the air induction system. I also found one of the hoses that comes off the head was completely unplugged. Like clamp taken loose, hose pulled off and clamp put back in place… weird! Had to remove the radiator to repair both. Either way no more leaking.
