Steve S Posted January 10 #1 Posted January 10 Hello VentureRiders. It's been snowing in Western Kentucky most of the day. It got pretty heavy after lunch for a few hours, but it's about stopped. We may have 3 inches around my house. What's happening in your town?
N3FOL Posted January 11 #2 Posted January 11 Hello and Good evening. Last Monday, we had about 4 inches of snow on the ground. So far today, we did not have any but our roads are salt covered. We are expecting another bout of snow overnight which may be just a dusting and up to 8 inches according to the weather man. The snow range prediction was so huge that I just laughed it out loud. Temps has been sub freezing and will continue to stay cold for the next 10 days. I guess it is still winter. At any rate, it may a good time for you to pull that snow blower and shovel and start burning calories. Regards.
Woody Posted January 11 #3 Posted January 11 We measured 3 inches in our back yard this morning. I'm good for the rest of the year
RDawson Posted January 11 #4 Posted January 11 An hour west of Steve and we have 5”. Almost a blizzard for this part of the country. 2

bpate4home Posted Monday at 01:04 PM #8 Posted Monday at 01:04 PM Well, I was in Irvine CA for the wildfires (actually for work not for the fires) the 1st half of the week and came home to Houston in the low 30's. No snow though. That was a reason why we left northern Ohio. 1
N3FOL Posted Wednesday at 01:42 AM #9 Posted Wednesday at 01:42 AM Well right now, it is just plain cold. No snow on the ground but staying below freezing temperature for an extended period of time is taking a toll on my riding plans. 1
