Just got this message from our hosting company.  

We're sending this notice to inform you that scheduled maintenance will begin tomorrow, September the 25th, at 3 PM EDT (24 hours and 40 minutes from now), on the underlying infrastructure powering your virtual service with us. Your VPS will be migrated to another node - ssd27-ga.
We do not anticipate any major service interruption but you may notice a brief pause and/or a reboot of your service lasting a few minutes.
