Hi All,

Out for a ride today and noticed a small puddle under my shock.  Going to replace soon, just wondering, any tips, things to do not do, and options for a shock other than OEM.  I have looked at the Hagon M62097 rear monoshock, any others?

Thanks

Bob

There’s a fellow on this forum that rebuilds the stock shock on an exchange basis. His name escapes me right now but others will supply that for you. My two cents is, if you are satisfied with the stock shock why spend a ton on the aftermarket one?

Thanks, oem replacement is over $900, have seen the Hagon for $500ish, I don't have a need for the air shock   Appreciate the input

@Forsaking It is almost hard to swallow how much these shocks cost brand new.  'Knock on Wood', I am still running on my original rear shock.  Still no issues, but if the time comes, I may have to resort to a rebuilt rear shock absorber.  Hopefully someone in this forum will direct you to consider this option.
