CB / radio / tape deck controller gone bad. Fixes?

I priced out a new controller ar a whopping 1100 bucks for OEM that I'm not paying.  Has anyone found an after market controller that can be mounted and used with the existing speakers?

What bike are you looking to replace this one? year and model would help..   Not knowing what you have, I would suggest checking ebay and seeing if you can find one there.
