Just needs the bolts to attach the mount to the bike. Free to the first person that steps up to the plate. You pay the shipping. I am located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.....you figure out the shipping to wherever you are. The box that it fits in in 19" long, 12" wide and 9 1/2 inches tall....I'm not a fisherman and don't have a scale so I cant even guess the weight. Willing to meet somewhere if not too far away.
