99-13 RSV Carburetor Interchangeability

So, I am shopping for a carburetor assembly for my 09 RSV.  I ASSUMED that the carburetors for 99-13 were all interchangeable; however, the listings on ebay have them grouped as 99-03, 04-07, 05-09.  When I check fitment on a carburetor rack/assembly that is advertised as 99-03, I am told that the part will not fit my 09.  Is this correct?
