Got it for a restore project, but it's never gonna happen. 

It's gotta go. If it's not gone in 30 days, I have to scrap it I just don't have room to store it. 

Complete bike:

1. I don't know if it runs, I never got around to trying.

2. Locked in gear, don't know it's the 2nd gear thing or clutch. Clutch cylinder corroded, hose ripped.

3. I have title for it, but never transferred into my name. So for parts, no problem. For title transfer, then cost you whatever NY DMV charges me to get title.
