1996 royal star bike will start and run then about 10 minutes into the ride the bike dies let set for a few and it starts back up

anyone have any ideas ? i been trying to find the fuel pump relay but no luck

Check the tank vent and fuel pump points.

I had this issue with my venture. It turned out to be the ignition switch. Bike would run, and once the polymer inside of the ignition switch would get hot, the contacts would lose connection and shut down. Installed a relay, bypass and ordered a new ignition switch.

Does it die because it has no electrical power?  Check all wiring and grounds by wiggling them to see i connections are loose.  Possibly an add-on ignition relay problem like mine was.

Does it die because it runs out of fuel?  Fuel Pump after your 10 minute time period, should be clicking upon restart.  If not, check fuel pump points.
