Trying to pay for membership,cannot find membership on menu board...

Can someone either copy/paste where to pay the 12 dollars and is it through paypal or other source,I can't find the membership icon in the menu...It does not come up...hope I'm doing this right,not real savvy with computer stuff...

In the menu bar at the top, click on store then subscription.
