How do I remove blue highlight box(s) from search results

I don't think you can and don't know why you would need to.  It just shows the term that you searched for.

Good after noon,

 

While trying to research an inquiry (carburetor(s) I got several returns, of course each incident "carburetor(s)" was highlighted throughout the body of the result.

For me, it would have made easier reading, instead of eye distraction to each box, (the reason of highlight to bring visual focus/attention to that word),

maybe my dyslexia and/or older eyes I guess.
