hipshot Posted May 29, 2008 #1 Posted May 29, 2008 Jeannie will be coming HOME early next week. the Dr.s on her team, have determined that her heart is TOO weak and fragile, to undergo any type of surgery. she told the social worker, when asked about a nursing home:"hell no! i know what you people will do.you get me in there, then won't let me out, and then the next thing i know, you'll take my house!" at any rate, she will be here, with me, until her time gets short, then they will send out "hospice people" to keep her comfortable, 'till, her time runs out. and now , words fail me. i can't thank ALL of you enough for the support and prayers. just jt

VTirelli Posted May 30, 2008 #11 Posted May 30, 2008 JT, I'm speechless here, can't even begin to try to understand how you and your family are feeling. I guess all you can do is surround yourself with your support system (all of us included) and know that if I could take any of your pain away, I would in a heartbeat. Try to make the best of your time with Jeannie Vin

I am open to options. Number is 918-605-6141. I am going to log off here now. Thanks SS

Squidley Posted May 30, 2008 #24 Posted May 30, 2008 JT, We have followed your trials with this since the beginning, and I am saddened that the outlook is less than desired. Life is short, and any of us can be taken in a moments notice. I pray that your days remaining with your wife are as fulfilling as they can be, we love you both my friend and will continue to talk with God...
Squeeze Posted May 30, 2008 #25 Posted May 30, 2008 JT, i don't know what else to say, but i'm with you
