circa1968 Posted December 31, 2021 #1 Posted December 31, 2021 Nothing new to all of us, but nice to see others still recognizing it for the great bike it is. https://advrider.com/2001-yamaha-royal-star/ 2
uncledj Posted December 31, 2021 #2 Posted December 31, 2021 Great article. The used bike they reference is being sold at a reduced price because it needs the clutch slave cylinder rebuilt?.....That's a pretty easy repair.
N3FOL Posted January 1, 2022 #3 Posted January 1, 2022 My ‘07 RSV happened to be my first choice and I am very glad to remain the first and only owner of this fine machine. The V4 sold me.
larrydr Posted January 1, 2022 #4 Posted January 1, 2022 (edited) I have been riding many of all makes used and new ..But as it turns out I will stay with the Yamaha ...They have a solid engine design and handle well and I do know everyone out there has his own favorite bike ( I started riding off road in 1958 and on the road when I got my first Harley in 1964 ) I spent 10 months on this 83 XVZ1200 to make it fit me Edited January 1, 2022 by larrydr 3
