Confirming the fuel lines are 5/16id for the RSV?

Also, is that the same size for the carb drain?

Obviously you found a gap in our collective memories. Buts there's hope Dad will likely right a software patch soonish

Doesn't matter. I couldn't get my big hands between the carbs enough to push on either of the 2 sizes I brought  with me. So didn't get to drain the bowls and check the levels.

Time to pass your knowledge on to the grand kids.

The bowl drains are small like 3/16 maybe?

For the bowl drains, I used 1/4" hose.  No way to get your hands up in there.  The hose I used is stiff enough that with a little patience and practice can guide it to the drain port then slip it on with a little gentle pressure & twisting motion.  IIRC, a 5mm allen key opens the drain port.
