Lift adapter pictures???

Hello Forum. 

Does anyone have a Lift Adapter that has attachable legs?  I purchased a Lift Adapter but it doesn't have legs and I can't remember how the legs attached.  Would someone post some pictures of their Lift Adapter with the legs attached to it? If I had a picture I believe I can fabricate a set of legs for mine.

PM your phone number and I will message the photos to you or email and I will email them.  I'm having trouble getting my phone to recognize my computer so I can't transfer the photos to the computer.
