Sounds like a plan to me. I don't get to Utah very often, but I do have a good customer in BYU, so it's a possibility.

Is your moniker a self deprecating comment on your cooking skills or do you own a Moto Guzzi?

BYU is a short distance away.  Close on the Guzzi, I have a Ducati.  Been using Pasta Burner for 20 years now across many sites.  Surprisingly I don’t think it’s ever been taken.  If it had been then I’m Pasta Burner 0 on that particular site so I’d still be ahead of 1 😆

So I assume Your handle has nothing to do with your cooking skills and pasta that tastes like burnt rubber.
