Use of headsets in USA

I'm heading to CA from Ontario in a week. Does anyone know of any list that shows which States you cannot ( or should I say not supposed to)wear 'headphones'.

Appreciate the help.

There was a thread with a link to one just last week. It is around somewhere. It was geared more towards headsets but darn near no real difference.

Did look at and i am considering it. I have not made an order yet but will soon.

 

Finished getting her all back together this morning. One project, the intercom cables, turned into a lot more projects - well worth it. It has been in the 90's here. Car said 102 but that is usually high. Humidity does not help either.
