Met my frist Venturerider in person

Went back up to Rabbit Hash Ky today (See thread http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=22696) and Mariner Fan (Bob) and his lovely bride Ruthie drove down the 3 hours or so to meet up with us for a bit. Bob was one of the first to welcome me on here and we have been chatting regular, so it was sure nice to put a face with the screen name. Anway here are some pics of the day....

I'm the first VetureRider you met? Geez, hope you don't hold that against everyone else here!

 

Well, we are back. Rode 300+ miles with no issues except we both have sun/windburned faces. I was laughing at Ruth and she told me to look in the mirror.

 

Rabbit Hash is a great place to go. Why? Cause it's different and the road there is really windy. Ruth and I got there before Stratcat. We were sitting at a table people watching when we saw him ride up. First thing he did was walk over to my bike and check it out. Course it was one of the best looking rigs out there.

It was funny how many Harley riders stopped to check the Venture out.

Think you guys could shrink them a little so they could fit on my screen.......cant take in all the beauty without scrolling my screen from top to bottom and side to side.............

 

Exactly where is Rabbit Hash, Ky,..............like to visit it sometime...........and you were right, that 2nd Gen was the best looking bike there, cause I didnt see a 1st Gen........:rotf::stirthepot:
