uncledj Posted November 15, 2020 #1 Posted November 15, 2020 Had some rather large, dead branches way up high on a tree, overhanging where I usually park the cars, so I rented a 55' lift to get up there and cut them down. The lift BARELY got me there, but I got 'er dun. Was a bit squirrely up that high running a saw, leaning over the side of the basket. The main branch that I was worried about was on the tree to the right, just at the Y. 2
Flyinfool Posted November 15, 2020 #3 Posted November 15, 2020 I always thought of one of those as a deer stand. 1
Marcarl Posted November 16, 2020 #4 Posted November 16, 2020 Best just leave them there branches and park the car somewhere else. Those branches got put up there for a reason, and I wouldn't argue about the reasoning.

saddlebum Posted November 17, 2020 #6 Posted November 17, 2020 I have a blue spruce on the front lawn roughly 60 to 70 feet tall and always dreamed of renting one of those to do it up as a giant Christmas tree.
