What's with the moon and arrow icon

What do I have these strange icons on the pages?

Ok so I clicked on the moon icon and nothing changes that I can find. What am I missing?

The arrows on the top pic are to see the next pic.

If you click on the moon, it should change modes.  Dark to light and a couple of slightly color schemes.

I don't see the moon icon in right corner but have arrow in left corner that goes to top of page. Don't need to change page but just wondered .

I don't see a moon or an arrow other than the moons @Flyinfoolused to post on chat. And I'm not even sure if his moons are PG rated.

The moon has taken some well deserved time off, you know of course that last month the poor thing had to go through a full cycle twice eh,, and so got a wee bit tired.

Actually, the moon has totally disappeared, but in it's place there is now a 'theme' button at the bottom of the page. Go look!! Scroll to the bottom of this or any page, find the word 'theme', click on it and change the choice. It might work for you.
