handlebar changes?

I am really considering putting a set of drag bars on my bike. I was wondering if anyone has done this or has seen any pics. I welcome all opinions or help that you can provide.

 

I know that the bike is a touring bike, but there isnt any reason I cant look cool.

Exactly what year and what bike do you have? No gallery. We can't tell.

 

Here's a bike I like with some different style bars on it. I've seen this style of bars on several other Royal Star too.

I looked at mine to do the same thing, the only problem I saw was you have to use the factory riser to mount the dash. I guess you could go with custom gages, but seems like a lot of trouble to me.
