When I came home I went out back to the patio set to read the paper with the dogs and I found an unwanted guest swimming in the pool.

They have had a couple of those over in Ft Myers and Port Charlotte in last say 2 months also. Usually pools with no screen patio or no metal lower. They break out the screen and help themselves.

I have a 6ft privacy fence all around my back yard and I can't figure out how it got there none of the wood slats are missing or damaged.

How do you get rid of it? I presume its illegal to shoot it and throw the carcass in a dumpster.

I have seen videos of them climbing over various types of fences, just wait until he wants to leave and see how he gets out.

I had animal control come take him away especially after he took a dump in the pool.
