Route downloading?

Hello all. I recently purchased a 2018 transcontinental. I planned a route on google maps and emailed it to my phone. Am I able to download into the bike?

You can copy a .gpx file to the bike from a USB stick plugged into USB cable in right side glove box, but the GPS only supports routes with small number of waypoints.

 

So small a number that I find the feature useless. As a result, I create routes using "my route app" and navigate them via phone on ram mount.
