TAB Performance 2.5 slipon not aligning

Installed a set of TAB slipons and the left side isn’t aligning with the cutout in the saddlebag. It was off about 3/4 of an inch to the right. So I put a 3/4 inch spacer and a longer bolt on the mounting and it lined it up with the cutout. Another guy had the same issue that he had posted on YouTube. When I ordered them I called TAB and asked them about it. They feigned ignorance on the subject and said it was probably an earlier run and it’s been corrected now. NOT! I expected better quality control for $600.
