Today during the heat of the day, with humidity of 96%, Moped decides to take the rear wheel off. The tire we had on there was put on in 2009 when we rode to Sturgis.

He had a real hard time getting the axle out, I guess 11 years will do that.

When he was raising the bike up to get the wheel off, I was holding the handlebars steady.

I am pretty sure if it started to lean, I would of been of no use preventing it.

But we were successful. Now he has to take the old tire off tomorrow and put the new one on. We saw some bad spots on the old tire, so it was a blessing we bought a new one.

Dear "Mama"... PLEASE do NOT try that again!

Those Things are so top-heavy you'll never stop it from going over... (yeah, we have the T-shirt.)

Also... it normally requires TWO good-sized Folks to get upright again.

If it IS going over, guess you could TRY to soften the impact, but make sure you're clear of the landing area.

Hugs, WRIDR
